A. For healthy weight gain of your 2 years old child, give 4 to 5 small meals a day. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should give all grains, cereal, pulses. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products every day.
