how to get the best absorption of nutrients that we gave from foods mainly,for the kids to have a proper growth ?

A. Hello mam Right cooking method will help to retain all the nutrient of the food Like wash the vegetables nicely before chopping them as chopping and then washing washes all the nutrients Cook the vegetables by covering them as all the nutrient are lost if they are cooked in oven pan also adding too much water can cause nutrient loss.. Do not overcook the vegetables Soak dry fruits like walnuts and almonds for 6 to 7 hrs before consuming them
