how to get periods immediately it has been 6 months and I'm not pregnant now I'm in postpartum.can u suggest me a tablet

No need to take any tablets.
There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late
once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
