How to get good sleep after doing night shift usually I will not get sleep during the days

A. Maam you have to manage your sleep for at least 4 to 5 hours at a stretch and that is how you’re going to feel better I don’t know what time do you get home after Night Shift and get to sleep but at least even if you get that 4 to 5 hours peacefully it would be good for you
