Added sugars are sugars and syrups that are added to drinks or foods during processing or preparation. Sugary drinks often have little nutritional value other than extra calories. avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 17 yr old boy6 years agoA. maam for such a small baby you cannot give anything other than breastmilk or if required only formula milk can be given till completion of six months. pediasure is given after completion of 2 years. till completion of six months try and breastfeed exclusively. that is best for your baby. eat well and frequently breastfeed. breastfeed for longer duration so that baby gets enough of fore milk and hind milk. hind milk is thicker and helps in gaining weight in babies.
