You should have more of proteins in the Dad have a balanced diet try to consume more of proteins in your diet prefer using more of vegetarians of course nonveg is also your personal choice but it would be good to stick to more of vegetarian during this time and slowly the weight will increase some women start picking up weight after the time of 32 3 1/2 months only
