you can give homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed foods
include banana, chikko, potato, sprouts pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, stuffed idli, dosa, stuffed roti or paratha, variety of rice and daliya recipes, pancake, chila, sheera, veg upma, poha, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding

for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
