ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom you can now give them weaning foods were in they you can start with lqiuid consistency foods first , such as dal or rice water , vegetable soup , fresh fruit juice etc , once baby accepts this well you can give semi solid and mashed foods
