How to encourage your children to eat? my 1 year old hates to eat

ExpertDr Shubhangi TiwaneAyurvedic Nutritionist4 years agoA. Hi mom , kids of this age are generally fuzzy eaters you have to be patient and innovative while dealing with them. Encourage your kid to have lunch and dinner with family kids of this age like to immitate what their elders are doing .
Make sure kid is involved in active physical activities daily .
Limit the milk intake and do not give bakery products or packet food .

as kids grow they gain their self-identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
so it is common problem among them.
please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
maintain proper gap between meal and snack time.
tell stories to your child which explains benefits of healthy eating.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
