How to differentiate between swelling and weight gain of babies as from few days I observed my baby got little chubby cheeks so I’m worried is it due to swelling or weight gain please help

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. A swollen lymph node is unlikely to be bigger than about a half-inch around. On the other hand, suspicious lumps may be 1 or 2 inches in diameter, or even larger.
