how to define weeks by LMP or ultrasound

A. Both LMP and ultrasound scan will give you you are gestational age or the number of weeks. If you had regular cycles until you conceived then LMP is more reliable than ultrasound scan.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi, Generally it is counted from Your last menstrual period date but you actually got pregnant after that during ovulation time that's why calculation from LMP and ultrasound may differ a little. In Ultrasound it consider it from the day you got conceived. Have calcium and iron supplements daily. Do brisk walk.
