it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child
meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos wrhich will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it can lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can just give steam to the child indirectly which is what is going to be beneficial apart from that medicines would be required because when the cold and sneezing is severe it’s very important that you go ahead with giving proper medicines to the child
