How to cure normal delivery stitches fast ? It’s very painful plz give me suggestions

Write Your Answer Here It is going to take about 30 to 40 days generally I would advise you to take Sits bath by putting some potassium permagnate into warm water and then you sit into that water for 15 minutes twice a day that is going to settle down the healing of the stitches faster and also will be more helpful
