You consult your doctor give proper medicine to the child right now viral now are spreading a lot so accordingly if you give proper medication which I would rather have an instant relief and with that only the child is going to feel better it would take about 3 to 5 days in the minimum and congestion so better to check with your doctor and proceeded with what they suggest and Diwali being round the corner you know there would be too much of dust because of crackers and all the air pollution would be there so you have to take extreme care that time
