ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dise 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for further management.
