How to cure constipation in child? Hez passing motions daily but it's hard and he cries everytime he do that. Even at the time of cleaning he used to cry. plz guide.

Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. here the diet modification shjhould be tried first followed by myedications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.

Siri it is not constipation it is hard motion to try to include more of liquids into your child every day diet that is what is going to be helpful secondly maybe due to hardness there are rashes into the anal area and that’s why when you clean the child feels the pain or regularly apply Boroline antiseptic
