how to control sugar levels during pregnancy?

A. To control sugar you need to have a good lifestyle by including balanced diet with all vital nutrients, and regular light walks if you are comfortable take less or no sugar in case you are diabetic, avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods, juice, chocolate, cakes etc , add more fluids, apart from that include good sleep and stress management is important

A. hi, please do the following things: 1.avoid sugary and colourful foods that are low in calories.prefer homemade food. 2.eat protine rich food like different pulses , sprouted mung,chana etc.. 3.add dairy products like paneer , curd,milk etc..in your diet which are full of calcium and protine. 4.take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. 5.go walk for ,if possible go for daily morning walk.
