How to control cough with mucus of my 20 months old toddler? She is suffering a lot with cough and not sleeping well. And also not taking food properly. Having only breastmilk.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where ghmost of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and deconfgestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
