Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this very important question make sure you are applying coconut oil all over externally full stop and washing off with a mild baby body wash just make sure all of this is just external keep the area clean and dry use cotton underwear and if you're using diverse mixture get changing it once every 3-4 hours
