So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same asy a detailed discussion can be done .

Use Silicon tongue cleaner that’s very easily available at local medical store so you can buy that clean the tongue every time when you give a bath to the child that’s going to be your cleaning the tongue properly and that’s the right approach towards it
