Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. you can spray or put nasal saline drops for the nasal cavity.f this will losing up the secretions which is present in the nasal cavity. with the help of either cotton cloth or a simple cotton bud you can cleanf the nasal cavity by rotating motion.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Nasoclear you can use this is going to help in opening up the nasal passage for easy breathing for cleaning if the nose is totally blocked and you can see dryness into the nose and you can use the nasal aspiration that helps a lot
