how to clean girl baby private part and poop wali jagah ? I saw today there is redness.

Whenever your child urinate clean it with the wet pipe and the same thing you have to do with the anal region also if you think there is redness or something apply antiseptic cream to make sure to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness into the area down under
