Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently giby an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you cfan use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. If you see the outer area you can clean with a soft and wet cloth but you should not put it close to the eardrum like you should not put anything around that ear hole if you want you can get it checked with an ENT doctor they are going to do the needful
