AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can clean the breasts normally. You can use mild soap like Dove to clean the breasts properly. Also massage the breasts properly before feeding the baby. Also take Shatavari powder to increase breast milk supply. Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi as such no extra cleaning is required you can keep it clean as usual but yes if you have flat nipples,do massage with warm coconut oil, gently pull out your nipples with the help of your thumb and pointer finger,do this daily before bathing.
