how to clean blocked nose? can we use nasal aspirator for cleaning

A. you can spray or put nasal saline drops for the nasal cavity. this will losing up the secretions which is present in the nasal cavity. with the help of either cotton cloth or a simple cotton bud you can clean the nasal cavity by rotating motion. there is no problem in using nasal aspirator to decrease the laser blockage but the imxportant thing is that it has to be properly clean and hygiene has to be maintained. if not cleaned properly it can lead to recurrent respiratory tract infections. go for material like silicon which are heat resistant and can be boiled for sterilization.
