how to check if baby's tummy is full after breastfeeding?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby does not cry after taking feed, then that means ur baby tummy is full. When full the baby will detatch himself from breast. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed.
