If not then make sure the baby is latching and taking feeds well or if ur milk supply is sufficient. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors. Make sure the child gets enough sleep.
New born can sleep around sixteen to seventeen hours per day. Morning sleep will be for seven to eight hours split up into three or four naps. Night sleep can be around ten hours which again could be split up as u have to feed every two to three hours. Also, For a preemie baby u should track the growth based on the expected due day and not on the original birth date which is premature . Like if a normal baby follows objects and smiles around three months then it may take sometime between four to five months(from the original birth date) for a baby who is two months premature. There will be a two months delay in reaching all the milestones
