A. At 8 months if ate you should give mashed foods yo the baby like sooji Upma khichri curd rice soft cooked idli chilla chapati mashed in dal And mashed fruits can be given to the baby

A. i usually give a banana shake with nuts power in the morning and then daal khichdi or chawal or mashed anything that is available in home but no salt and sugar

You should prepare the food in a natural way as you prepare it for yourself you can also add salt and necessary spices into the food that’s going to give proper flavour if you’re looking for various recipes that you can try for your child then I can recommend you to check in the Baby meal planner section of the app itself
