how to apply vicks for a baby?? can i heat and use??

you can apply small quantities of Vicks babyrub in chest and back
give indirect steam use vaporizer it helps in liquefying mucus and chest congestion hand washing is important for preventing infections

use vicks baby rub
apply in back chest feet
do not apply on nose or face .
avoid cold climate, cold winds.
give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby.
indirect steam , hot water bath will also help.
consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases.
