how remove baby rashes?

A. Hai good morning !! Rashes are mostly due to wetness due diaper soaking ,or wetness left while wearing diaper . Apply moisturiser or coconut oil keep that area moisturised avoid diaper for 2-3 days or use anti rash cream if you continue to use diaper. Give diaper free time for atleast 1-2 hours a day use a pant or normal short after changing diaper ,cleaning potty wipe off using wipes or cloth with warm water and leave for 5 minutes to dry completely before putting on other diaper/nappy.
