Q.

how often should i feed my baby who is 3 months....and till 6th month i have to just exclusively breastfeed ?? can i give porridges?

A. Exclusively breast feed your baby until he or she completes 6 months of age. Till then, mother's milk takes care of all water and nutritional needs of your baby's body. Solids, semi solids, water and other liquids can be introduced only when the baby completes 6 months of age. Burp the baby during and after each feed. Give enough tummy time. Maintain proper hygiene.
