ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hi try to eat healthy and nutritious. avoid having extra calories in form of junk food or deep fried foods food you take should comprise of a balance of proteins carbohydrates vitamins minerals. should be rich in more seasonal fruits and vegetables. go for walking the more active you remain in pregnancy the better are the chances of normal delivery

SoniaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl6 years agoA. hello dear, eat healthy always start your food with salad, sprouts have a Big bowl full then go to your main course in your main course have one bowl of Dal , vegetable whatever is made in the house for that day one roti, 1 katori curd and one bowl of rice. and if you are hungry in between then have carrots or cucumber and lots of fruits and plenty of water giving hydrate yourself during pregnancy is very important.
