POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, always start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Try to feed freshly prepared foods instead of ready to eat foods as they have high content of artificial sugar. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
