Q.

how much water should a 4 year old drink and how often. how much total consumption of liquid is needed

A. The child should drink around 1 litre liquids in a day including milk water honemade juices and keep a check on the flow and outputof urine and colour as well

A. Hello dear parent! A minimum of 1 litre of water intake should be there for your child at this age. Let the child be physically active as much as possible to feel hungry and thirty. Try giving a small glass of warm water to start with in the mornings. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
