How much water do I need to give for my 6 months old baby boy. His poop is so tight like adults. Am giving cerelac twice and guilt/ veg purée once

A. since the baby is only 6 months of age you had to give adequate water the Monte baby can take like one glass of water in a day and you are seasonal fruits to the baby
