Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. nipcare ointment and nipple shield ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

Geeta BatraMom of a 2 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. hi i had faced the same problem and i used my own milk on the nipple at 4-5 times a day and open my breast for at least 20-30 minutes as suggested by my doctors and it works a great and my nipples recover within 5-6 days.. so buttermilk that is mother's milk is doing great job instead of using all chemical creams...
