How much time in a day can a 3 year old watch cartoon?

A. hello do not let child wt h tv or any gadget too much and e0 30 mins to max 1 hour in the worst case should be sufficient enough and too much can strain kids eyes and too much when you let your child watch tv this can also effect the baby growth indirectly
