RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 month agoA. At least 10 hours in the days definitely going to be good we generally suggest you minimum of 8 to 10 hours in a day if your child is even sleeping for minimum of eight hours to 10 hours in a day then that would be considered very healthy for the child
