RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. A minimum of 8 to 10 hours is extremely important till the age of 7 to 8 years a child can easily sleep for 8 to 10 to 12 hours also depending upon what time is your child sleeping is very important and I really need this one
