How much sinarest AF should be given to 9 year old? Is it 5 ML?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes, the quantity should be around 5 ml. Common cold is a viral infection of nose and throat. Nasal Congestion and runny nose are the main indicators of a cold. Keep feeding your baby well, give indirect steam or use humidifier, put saline nasal drops. Apply vicks baby rub on chest, back and sole of the feet. You can prevent it by keeping your baby away from the person who is suck, wash your hands before handling the baby, clean baby's toys and pacifier often
