Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu wgkuhere most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine givenf. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. You can give five drops to your child twice in a day but I hope this medicine has been suggested by the doctor only because we do not suggested to give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor in this early age it’s not advisable
