how much should I give p120 oral suspension to my daughter she is having fever

A. it is given according to the weight of the child always mention the weight of the child whenever you are mentioning paracetamol dosage for the child you have to give paracetamol for fever as well as pain according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child. paracetamol can be given max 4 times per day

A. About 3ML can be given to the child currently and you can repeat it again after six hour and a fever is rising again also the temperature in more than 101°F I suggest you go ahead we doing Thande Paani Ki Patti as well
