ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. give few sips of water after and in between meals as according to the baby intake breastmilk and food also fulfill the hydration needs of the baby a good way is to check the urine if baby is passing urine 6-8 times a day and it is colourless or light yellow in colour then baby is getting enough hydration do not worry
