Q.

how much should 10 month old sleep? my baby wakes whole night long to play and sleeps less. is the sleep neccessary at 10 month? pls help

A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.f toddlers mady have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
