Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom U can start with 3-4 tsp initially. If ur baby start to digest it then u can increase the quantity as demanded by the baby.. U can introduce cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food
