How much quantity of milk shld my baby consume in a day with his food intake My baby asad is one year and I am starting cow milk to him he previously was on formula

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year old you can limit dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups and sippers to encourage your child to drink milk. Good luck and take care
