A. Hello dear parent! Start giving small quantities of all the homemade healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. You can start giving your baby a bowl of rice and veggies, 1 or 2 rotis with a bowl of vegetables or dals. Good luck and take care.
