ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 11 months old now.medicine doses in babies are weight dependant and are to be given according to your pediatrician advice.if your baby is weighing around 8-10 kgs 3.5 ml of paracetamol syrup should suffice.
