You should give 1 spoon only and check if baby is digesting it well or not. Give any food first in small quantities then gradually increase the amount of food.
Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc.
Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
