A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection shoucld be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ cprohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Hello mom Now your baby it’s years old and if your baby is taking 300 ML milk in a day that is more than enough. Rather than this baby should take at least four meals in a day and maintain a diet plan according to that. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
